It's been a while, hasn't it?

This update should fix a lot of performance related issues that some people were having.

Also, happy Halloween!

- Added several new Halloween themed objects in Build Mode

- Attempted to fix some object labels in Build Mode being cutoff

- Decreased the rate at which the player's stamina increases by roughly 47% (this may be subject to change)

- Doubled the length of the Object and Room menus in Build Mode

- Stamina now runs out roughly 42% faster

- Moved the 500s key on Tuesday

- The Juice item now grants 5% less stamina than it used to when using it, and it now only decreases the Run Threshold by 20% instead of 35%

- Spelling Bee now cancels his minigame when the player gets 4 letters wrong instead of 6

- Fixed a rare issue that would occur if Import Mode crashed under very specific circumstances and would cause the title screen to be forever unusable

- Attempted to improve game performance

- Attempted to fix Cleartil occasionally not fully killing the player if the player was using an Apple

- Attempted to make the areas that certain characters wander to more random

- Afterimage now only spawns in rooms the player has been in before

- Reduced the amount of yelps required for Shade to become panicked

- Characters highlighted by the String item no longer fade out of visibility when too far away
